B.Sc. Agriculture course is a four years course to prepare students for higher education and for other carrier prospectives. In Graduation the multidisciplinary field comprises of a variety of scientific, technical & business subjects. It promotes the efficient production of quality food in the agricultural-food industry & on the farm linked to the farming. A person who is specialized in this field is called as “Agriculturists”.
Agriculture field offers job opportunities in horticulture, poultry farming, plant science, soil science, food science, animal science, etc. Some of the other agricultural activities that give attractive returns are horticulture, dairying & poultry farming. As a landscapers and horticultures you can get employed in hotels, health farms, resorts, etc.
